The site of the villa is beautiful and overlooks the lake, and the services are very good, the staff is very friendly, and especially the manager of the site was a very nice, friendly and helpful lady, so I recommend visiting this site.

A new family house on the edge of a village, surrounded by cows, sheeps and chickens. And geese. Let everyone decide for themselves whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage. We liked it. The house isn't quite finished yet, which was scary at first, but the guest rooms upstairs are completely finished. We had a long and delicious Armenian breakfast.

Rosa is a super host and her house is one of the loveliest in Armenia! The garden is beautiful and from our room we had Sevan lake view! Rosa's home made ricotta at breakfast was the most delicious ever! We shared the common space upstairs with two other rooms and enjoyed to drink tea together. The village is small and quiet. Ideal if you want a few days of rest away from the summer crowds :)

Location is exactly near the lake Sevan, like small village with original armenian style design. Room was with lake view ,big ,with three bed for me alone in end of april. Restraunt is very good also Breakfast is perfect ,just need time to wait with more people when will be all served

A quiet place with a traditional village guesthouse design. All rooms offer a lake view, some better than the other. My room was spacious with a cozy lounge area next to a huge window facing the lake. The breakfast was great too, especially the fresh bread.

Well, from the first look the hotel is fine. It has been created as an authentic Armenian village with its own beach and quite a huge restaurant There is a parking space but it's not private. So I would not leave any belongings in the car.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location - right near lake Sevan. Some houses also include views to the lake and there are a few small beaches. The whole residential area is styled as a traditional old-fashioned village with picturesque small houses and their wooden interiors - this all feels very homey. Breakfast is rather standard but tasty and hearty.
