The weather in Ella is healing after hot beaches. We stayed in Rokkyhill for 7 days and would definitely stay longer. Kanchana prepared delicious breakfast and took care of everything we requested. She is very kind and friendly. We also rented a bike from her when we needed for the same price as in Ella. Walking downhills towards the railway you could find lots of authentic local cafes.

Location is amazing, everything was clean . I do recommend the Escape Ella Bungalow.

This villa with mountain views features carpeted floor, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and slippers. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some fruits. The accommodation is non-smoking. This place is so wonderful! The room was very clean and comfortable, with good mosquito nets and hot water. The balcony is perfect for relaxing with the view... The breakfast was a feast and the dinner was absolutely delicious too and so reasonably priced. The family are so lovely and we're happy to chat with us and help us to make some plans. The location is about 20 minute walk into Ella town, or a 5 minute tuk tuk. You can walk to the start of the Ella rock trail from here too. I'd totally recommend staying here!

As an added convenience, Astral Zone Cottage ELLA offers packed lunches for guests to bring on excursions and other trips off-property. The cottage is in a beautiful, peaceful location very close if you want to walk to Ella Rock and only a 10- minute Tuktuk ride to Ella town, which the owner always arranged for us. Maduranga and his wife made us feel so welcome and also held the most amazing cooking class for us! When we hiked to Ella Rock for sunrise, they even prepared a packed breakfast for us ro take on the hike and refreshing smoothies for when we got back. The cottage is really spacious and has a very nice outside area to relax in. It was extremely clean and also had one of the best Wi-Fi connections we have had in Sri Lanka so far. Everything about this place was amazing and we would definitely stay there again!

There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Each room is equipped with a terrace with mountain views and free WiFi. Clean, light, not small room with perfect view balcony. Bathroom not small and clean also. Good breakfast on balcony in the morning. Good location - not far from Little Adam's Peak and Nine Arches Bridge. Good air condition.

All rooms are fitted with a balcony with views of the mountain. Perfect comfortable room walking distance to town! Sweetest family, delicious breakfast every morning, so helpful with anything and everything I needed. So kind of the dad to drive me around in the tuktuk as well, it was so helpful. 10/10 great stay here
