It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff are sweet and very friendly. They decorated our room for our honeymoon and we even received a free bottle of champagne. The pool was always clean and the facilities around it as well. You’re very short walk from the beach and can walk to local shops if you seek some variety . We had a problem with our water but that was fixed once we had brought up the problem with management. Overall I have nothing to fault them for. Thanks again for the lovely service.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. Jambiani Villas exceeded our expectations, everything was amazing! The staff is welcoming and more than helpful whenever we needed. The facilities are clean and beautiful, our villa was amazing. Breakfast is great and generally, all meals and food are more than we expected. Jambiani beach stretched down to our private beach, it was beautiful to wake up to swim in it or in the amazing pool of the resort.

The house was bigger than expected, with spacious bedrooms and living room. Everything is brand new, well maintained and decorated with taste. Breakfast is big, generous and delicious. Pool side is chill, comfy, it's amazing to have a drink while sitting in the warm water surrounded by palm trees. Walk 5 meters and you'll be on the endless white beach, heaven-like sight. Riccardo welcomed us, extremely friendly, with many tips and extensive knowledge of the area. If you need anything, he'll help you very quickly. All in all a fantastic stay here, I'd spend a month here if I could!

The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
