The location is exceptionally picturesque comprising endlessly terraced grape vines with the mighty Danube River in the foreground and deep green pine forested hills behind. The food in the region (Lower Austria) was sensational, the hosts were exceedingly friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation (fully contained apartment) was modern and immaculate. We definitely intend to return in the future.

A 5-minute drive will take you to where Wachau cruises depart from. The apartment was bright and lovely, as well as clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Dr. Neubert provided clear information about checking in and responded promptly to all of our questions. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend!
