If you're in North Goa, do not miss this property. It's very clean, tastefully decorated and has all the facilities you may need, including an unusual amount of clothes hangers, a small cooker and fresh, filter coffee available all day long (rare in India). It's quiet so you can actually sleep at night (not always the case in this part of Goa). The co-working spaces (with and without AC) also come handy and are perfect if you're a digital nomad or remote worker. I strongly recommend this peaceful place to anyone who enjoys the comfort a decent-size studio has to offer (compared to a hotel room), being in nature and meeting great people.

The host of the place Simon was very helpful and friendly in providing all the necessary assistance..kitchen was well equipped..very spacious and ventilated room The location was just next to the beach and opposite was big supermarket with all the daily needs.overall was great and satisfactory experience ..definately would love to visit again .

The stay was very comfortable. The owner-Mr. Johny was just one call away for all our needs. The rooms and washrooms were exceptionally clean. You can trust me blindly on this. Ashvem beach was just a 5 mins walk from our place. Overall, had a great time. The apartment is exactly the same as shown in pictures!
