With a great location just 1 km from the A34 and 1.5 km from Newbury town centre, the hotel has been refurbished to reflect its 17th-century heritage. One of the best properties we've stayed in for a very long time. Everything was perfect . This was a very late booking but would just go stay here in future for pure enjoyment. Super staff, super rooms, amazing welcome and hospitality. Top notch property - not often found in UK The restaurant for dinner and included breakfast was exceptionally good

A very friendly welcome by the owners, who did everything to make our stay absolutely fantastic. Very beautiful cottages that had all facilities you need as well as EV charging. We loved absolutely everything about Field Farm Cottage. It was the perfect place to relax during a busy weekend involving a nearby family wedding.
