This is a wonderful place to stay and is really a boutique hotel. The owners are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay after a very long flight. First things first: I would wholeheartedly recommend booking this apartment. Here is why: It is spacious, everything was very tidy and clean when I arrived, the kitchen had all the utensils etc. one might need, there are many cupboards, drawers and countertops on which you can put and keep your things, the bed is super comfortable and I slept so so well. The apartment is just very pretty and you immediately feel comfortable and at home there. I was a little nervous about how accessing the building etc. would work but the relevant information is sent to you with more than enough time in advance, there are different codes for entering the building and the apartment, it was very easy and made me feel safe at the same time. Sebastian, who manages the apartment, reacted immediately and was very helpful when I had questions. If you want to use the gym, that is hasslefree too because there's a fob in the apartment to unlock the door to the gym 24/7. There are treadmills, ellipticals and Peloton bikes, also a couple of dumbbells and kettlebells, resistance bands and stuff like that. It's small but functional, and if you need more, like a variety in strength machines, there are also various gyms in the neighbourhood. The location is also great thanks to the big supermarket across the street (Trader Joe's isn't far away either, the same goes for Walgreens) and the many cafés and restaurants in the area. I hardly needed to Uber anywhere because public transport is closeby and walking to popular sights like Pike Place Market is perfectly doable too. The neighborhood is very pretty and most of the time it’s quiet. Sometimes there was some yelling at night, but during the day and in the evenings I felt safe as a female solo traveller.

Cozy environment while very quiet and peaceful. The bed was perfect and my particular room had a study desk and good selection of books.
