The room was nice. Lots of space and a gas fireplace that made it quite cheerful. The bathroom was huge with a spa tub and separate shower. The beds were comfortable. It's also located next door to a restaurant so excellent if you're traveling and want to get something to eat latish. We didn't meet staff directly, except in the restaurant. However, we talked to them after we left because we forgot a pair of glasses. They were super nice and helpful and shipped them to us. That was really fantastic. Would cheerfully stay again.

The location on the river is fantastic; the sunset was gorgeous. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Coffee was brewed early. Staff are welcoming and friendly. It was a short drive into Riviere-du-Loup for dinner.

Nothing to eat for miles except overpriced stale, I mean stale sandwiches in the gas bar. Rooms (we had 3 ) smelled bad and bedding was old and of poor quality when it was new.
The one plus, I am unilingual English and all except one staff member, who are French, tried their best to understand me.
