The hotel is well located for those walking the Via Francigena. Although up a steep hill, once you are there you are given a pass for the bus system because you pay City tax. So that evening we used the bus service to explore various parts of the area.
Staff were excellent. Theo, who welcomed us with a free drink, could not do enough to help for us when we arrived. A very friendly welcome indeed! And staff at breakfast were very helpful too.
Our room, although very small, had everything we needed, a fantastic shower, and comfy beds.

Good location on main bus route and close to train station and boat pier. Nice view over the lake. Small but nice balcony. Comfortable bed. Quiet when windows closed, but even ok with them open. Friendly staff.
