I paid £140 for one night to stay with my family but unfortunately it was a terrible stay. Room was not as per my expectations. No Hot water at all. Poor cleaning. Carpet was too old and smell horrible. Hair in bathroom and on pillow case. Staff was not cooperative. It was a terrible stay in one word if I say. We just immigrated from South Africa to Scotland and we needed a hotel that was affordable and clean for our family and dogs while looking for a permanent rental. Being new to the area the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They could answer all our questions about the area and gave good tips regarding shops, areas and sight seeing. The location was perfect as all areas around were accessible near town etc.. and we could travel easily to different places.Joseph - 10Scored 10

we checked in to a beautiful room which was lovely and warm.
we checked in to a beautiful room which was lovely and warm. After a very enjoyable evening meal in the restaurant we returned to no heating or hot water. The receptionist was very proactive, she attempted to restart the boiler and when that didn't work we were up graded to another room no fuss. what had the potential to be a horrible stay was saved by the excellent staff. and the new room was even nicer Thank you

Everything was easy to find. Breakfast was easy to find and varied choices. We had take away in room and obtaining cutlery and crockery was easy to do. Ate at a great Indian just around the corner Bombay Cottage which was great food and welcoming service.VickyUnited Kingdom

But I was very impressed about the staff, I have a transport company so sometimes I need bookings with late check-ins or check-outs and everyone was very helpful and friendly, from the lady I spoke over the phone to the lady that did the check in, it's very nice when you meet this kind of people especially after you have had a bad day ar work. Free parking on site, kind of hard to find in many hotels. Many thanks, I will definitely book again with you on my next journey to Hamilton.

The area was very quiet and there was no noise in the hotel either. If you are a sensitive sleeper I would 100% recommend this hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful and keep the hotel clean. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to sleep in Hamilton or with good access to Glasgow Central I would highly recommend it.LukasGermany

My husband is disabled so everyone helped me to ensure he was ok, enev one of the reception staff came to collect my luggage from the bottom of the stairs to, so I could get my husband up the ramp.
