Location is excellent staff were okay didn’t feel over welcome very short instructions to find garden room then we went to bar for food and drinks left sitting for a while proceeded to bar and ordered drinks but I think they forgot them as they were just left sitting on bar for a bit no bar mats then food came
and was cold we just ate and moved on pity as could have been lovely no communication from staff did we need any condiments or need a drink or water even, it wasn’t offered. After this visit we won’t be back and we visit Kilkenny regularly disappointed as it is expensive
