The location is great. Hotel is located on Chao Lao Beach and the beach in front of hotel is very cleaned. Walking distance to other restaurants on the beach. Room is cleaned on time everyday. Staff are quite helpful. They have good variety of breakfast choice but could improve on coffee (it tasted very weak and watery) Will definitely be back!

Great location, clean comfortable rooms and nice covered sitting area outside the room with large sitting area with table.Plenty of parking mostly under cover too. Well kept outside areas.
