Room smelled terrible of other people's body odour as it has not been aired. The a/c only blew air as a fan and no option to change settings, we were literally cooking in the room, combined with the terrible smell and noisy neighbours we decided not to spend the night and left soon after check in

The gym had great aircon, there were 2 pools, a quieter one and one with a bar, the bed and bedding was SO comfortable. The room was so spacious and the aircon was brilliant, always hot water and the room was cleaner and new towels every day. There was a 7-11 right next to the hotel.

Whether it's spa pampering, sunbathing next to the pool or sampling delicious fresh Dim Sum, Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square has it all.

Friendly staff. nice sized room, and bed. Clean. Easy access from here to many shops, night market. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Not Halal... so you get your bacon at breakfast!

Location was convinent just outside the side door that sells the bbq meat was good and the aunty was super friendly. Just walking distance to platinum fashion mall and plus size clothing mall lots of massage shop around after tired shopping can relax and have a good massage. Can also walk to Central world, popular shrine and big C through the bridge which just take less than 10mins.
