Really i would like to Thank hotel reception they are very kind to promote my room from standrd room to superior room. It was much enough in size for my family with 2 children. With big bath. And also they are very care during breakfast to help and make all more satisfied. Thank you Mangrove hotel it was my second stay in it @ RAK. Hopefully see you soon.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to listen to any suggestions I had, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to the restaurant manager, Mr. Rex, for his exceptional service and delicious food. I would highly recommend BM Beach Resort to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation spot with fantastic accommodation, animation and a welcoming staff.
