Located 300 metres from the Holsten Gate in Lübeck’s Old Town, this elegant non-smoking hotel offers contemporary-style rooms in the city’s oldest brick building. Rooms offer a flat-screen TV and free calls within Germany. This is a really elegant hotel in an historic merchant's house, which has been beautifully converted without losing its character. I was given a warm welcome, even though I arrived earlier than expected and all the arrangements were explained very carefully. The hotel isn't staffed all the time but there are contact numbers available for out of hours support. Most of the rooms are on the first floor but help was provided with my luggage. There's a good supply of water, wine and other drinks which added to the experience.

B&B Hotel Lübeck offers free WiFi, SKY TV and free parking as available. The check in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower was a good size. My husband had breakfast which was plentiful.
