Such a lovely place with kind, helpful staff and great food. Couldn't recommend it more and would stay again.
We had an issue when we arrived of our rooms, which were meant to be close together, being far apart. They fixed in in minutes despite a 300+ guest wedding going on at the time. Dinner was great, they were very accomodating to my kids, and breakfast was also good. The whole place is interesting to look at and so pretty.

Lovely boutique rooms above fabulous restaurant. Comfortable, affordable luxury.
A stunning home from home in the picturesque Malvern Hills, a few minutes' walk to town. Spotlessly clean, and effortlessly stylish, it made my week of work in Malvern feel like a restful holiday. With an easy lockbox check-in, Allison was the perfect host. Everything worked perfectly, and the welcome basket, milk in the fridge, and extra toiletries were a lovely touch. 5 stars. I hope to stay there again next year.
Fantastic boutique hotel with great food and luxury rooms. Hotel restaurant food was very good quality and served beautifully. Breakfast was exceptional. Lovely area to have dinner & rest in and walk along the canal.
Stunning location, with gorgeous views- our evening spent enjoying wine and the sunset on our private patio in a real highlight. Rooms were beautifully designed, but not at the cost of comfort. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and hospitable- really the icing on the cake. Food was excellent- both the upgrades to a home cooked evening meal and full English breakfast are highly recommended. Absolute feel of luxury and quality- with down to earth, lovely hosts.
Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The building itself is stunning, an absolute 5 star in design and architecture. The room had a tablet for ordering food which was a nice touch.
The apartment was perfectly located for a great weekend of exploring and enjoying the delights of Malvern. Was well equipped especially for making treat breakfasts. Stylish design and enjoyed a cheeky drink on the terrace. Hosts were great and accommodating - provided top tips on eateries and the welcome pack was lovely.
Great design, very stylish. perfect location
Stunning location and the interior design was fab. Room was very comfortable and clean, Very good dinner and spa facilites wre clean and very well set out.
The house is just impressive, I would expect it to be a museum rather than a B&B. Gorgeously and tastefully decorated in a classical style. A lot of attention to details, both in design and practicalities (e.g. disposable dental and shaving kits). Hospitable and friendly owners. Lovely garden and a fantastic tree next to it.
