  “The staff was impeccable! Yaroslava specifically. She went above and beyond to help with my situation. I booked the suite for my aunt and her husband 20 years anniversary and I tried to pay living abroad. There is no direct credit card payment online system established, only with two Russian banks for checking account transfers. So, technically you cannot pay abroad directly. My family was on the way already and Yaroslava and I were trying to find the solution, so my family does not face with unpleasant surprise when they come (have to pay out of their pocket etc). We spend a lot of time on the phone and Yaroslava did everything possible so my family felt fantastic and relaxed and I am not freaking out. Huge thank you! I think Teploe More leadership needs to reward Yaroslava and make sure you keep and support such amazing people that bring the image of your business to the roof!
