Located on the Aventino, one of Rome's 7 hills, Santa Prisca is 10 minutes' walk from FAO headquarters and 400 metres from Piramide Metro Station. Parking and internet are free. Location of the hotel is perfect, bus stop is in front of the hotel and metro line is 4mins walk from the hotel. Near the hotel you also have few places to eat and drink. Also bar where breakfast is served is amazing, staff working in the bar, coffee and croissants :D Room was really clean, maid was cleaning the room every day. It is a bit small but when you are in city like this you need your room only to sleep over and bad was pretty comfortable so it is not a big deal...

The staff was unbelievable. They let us eat takeout pizza in the breakfast area, even with access to plates, silverware, micro. There are a lot of stairs, but there is an elevator. It is close to EVERYTHING in Rome (15 minutes walk). Super quiet area.

Hotel Villa San Pio is located on Rome's green Aventine Hill. Made up of 3 separate villas, and quiet gardens. The elegant rooms feature wood floors and decorative walls. I love the old Rome style! The location is great with walking distance and the nature around the hotel is wonderful, so many trees and flowers and it smells amazing. The staff was super friendly especially the older gentleman from the Philippines who worked for Princess Cruises. The food was absolutely incredible, we had dinner at the hotel and we were so surprised with the high standard of the food. The breakfast buffet was also great.

It takes around 10 minutes to walk into collesium which made it perfect spot to start my journey. I rested well as it was quiet and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend.
