Compact apartment great for travel needs for a couple, and perhaps for kids on the sofa. Many Washing machines in bldg basement were handy to do multiple loads at once (bring your own detergent). Location was just an 8min walk from Train Stn using overhead walkway, quite safe an area to walk to apartment. Host/check-in video was essential to watch in order to access key box (on fence across the street) & bldg since address #15 does not exist. Arca property mgr was easy to reach & responsive using the Booking.com messaging system. I recommend to stay here without hesitation.

Towels were provided, it is a good for chilling with friends after a day in the town, it's in a nice area (3 min walk to the tram) would recommend.

Mounir is the born host, friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The room is by far the best you can get in Lux city -- especially considering the price. With a short bus-ride, you're in the center of Lux and everything right at the heart of the city. "Simple room in Luxembourg city" was over my expectations, it is SUPER clean and you can tell someone put thought behind the offer. For the reasonable price, you get your own room, entrance, bathroom, slippers, tv, fridge/microwave and a very friendly location, CLOSE to the city. Thank you for making my weekend great.
