Good value for money and child friendly. Given the high footfall of children there were more stains in the carpet than I would have liked, but it wasn't that off putting. I would stay again but not eat at the pub.

Amazing kind staff . We arrived about 11pm from a very long drive from Suffolk. Greater with a smile & a lovely chap carried our case to our room. When we left the reception girls answered our query about a walk in shower(no bath) as my husband has Parkinson’s. Told us all about what they had & to contact them when we’re coming back. Which we will be doing because of a family funeral.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, as they had put myslef and 3 children in a family room, and we had requested the triple room, we were moved immediately, my husband and child were putin a double room and they moved in to the family room. The staff at breakfast were more than happy to make our teenagers a bacon and sausage sandwich for breakfast, which the devoured without complaint. Nice place to go again perhaps without the children next time. lol.

This was the second time we've stayed in this hotel. Our room was quiet, cozy and clean. My son loved the little complementary package that was waiting for him on his bed. The bed was comfortable and the wifi reliable. The facilities are nice and the staff is always friendly and professional. The food was tasty. The pool was clean, warm and child-friendly. The hotel is nicely located to nearby family attractions such as Paultons Park or GoApe, and there's a shopping centre a very short drive away with restaurants, shops and cinema.

Not Child Friendly. Police were call the my room because my ten month old baby had been crying through the night. The next day a hotel manager let himself into our room whilst we was still in bed, my partner was in her underwear.
