We really liked how personal the whole experience was. Special thanks to Francesca and the entire team who took care of us during the St. Valentine's dinner. The food, the atmosphere and design of this place is just on another level. However, the most amazing were the views this place offers. My son 8 years old said he enjoyed the ride on the golf cart - they use those to get visitiors from reception to their apartments. Me and my wife enjoyed breakfasts, sunsets and the views. Next time we are going to order Half-Board because the food is just terrific.

This hotel always answered my messages very quickly and both in writing and when there they understood that I was a learner of Italian and let me practice my average Italian. We arrived about 9.30pm on a Sunday night after a slightly delayed flight. I had already cancelled our planned three course dinner but we were hungry and they were very kindly able to offer us a sandwich. The receptionist that evening was very accommodating as was the man in charge in the restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, blackout blind worked perfectly as did the air conditioning. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet service and was fine. The man on reception, possibly the owner/manager, was again very kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our car there whist we explored beautiful Gubbio which we loved. Overall we were very impressed.

Very kind and welcoming hosts. The apartment is in the ZTL historical center zone, so great location as well. Ground floor, no lifting needed. Neat and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, can't ask for more.

The staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was great (lots of options for breakfast), and the view was incredible.

Gino was a great host. The apartment is centrally located in Gubbio. Excellent restaurants and sites to explore. Gino offered plenty of coffee, water, wine, yogurt, fruit, cookies, etc.

Good informations for parking and arrive. Great large space. The property is in the heart of Gubbio. Nice things to eat, at arrive and for breakfast, with a bottle of water, milk, coffee, tea, a very good crostata, and something else. Warm atmosphere. We did not meet Diego, the owner, in person, but it was like it was always present for help.
