The house was well equipped, and we even got a nice thank you gift from the host because she was not around to check us in personally because we came later than the check in time. The place ticks all the boxes. I loved that an extra effort was made to have TV and WIFI function working even during load shedding. One of the most affordable but exclusive stays.
