The decor is amazing! Everything is very relaxed and tranquil while you are there. Prince was exceptional in how he took care of us. Food and drinks were included in our stay which was so nice. Also the SPA and the sounds bath was incredible!!

The service offered was exceptional in every respect. Every member of staff I came into contact with couldn't have been nicer. This is "old style" hospitality, attention to detail where guests needs are paramount.

The staff were amazing. We visited for one night, for my partner's birthday. As we parked and were immediately greeted by name by Haley, who promptly wished my partner a happy birthday and after a swift check-in took us on a tour of the grounds. We arrived to our room which totally exceeded expectations - a lobby, two bathrooms, contemporary and sophisticated interior, amazing bed and view of the garden - and to top it off, a birthday cake and a hand-written card. We spent the afternoon at the pool with margaritas and tapas (the Incognito bar opens at 4pm, but they served us early - the salt and pepper baby squid, as well as the fried artichokes, are a must try), before heading to dinner at Blanko, for an excellent meal. Breakfast at La Belle was delicious (perfect eggs benedict), and we finished with a pedicure and a massage at the new Alphen Spa. 10 out of 10!

Very happy, particularly when we got back at 11.30 pm we were escorted by the security personnel to our suite via a seperate entrance, breakfast was stunning and staff super efficient and friendly, the experience was a memorable treat.

An amazing property bang on the camps bay beach, walking distance to all restaurants. Special thanks to Regee for the upgraded room which made our stay spectacular.
