From check in over the facilities of the bedroom, bathroom, its cleanliness, the enjoyable bar, the food in their restaurant, culinary surprises at breakfast... All personnel working for this hotel, along with the boss, seem to be trained to drown all customers into a warm bath of being completely spoiled. What surprised us even more was that post check-out, when we were on the way home, we were called by the hotel to let us know that our daughter forgot her teddy in the bed. It would have been an absolute disaster only discovering this when we would have been at home. This proves that even post check-out (and after all was paid for), we had the feeling of being taken care of. Just wonderful.

Linlithgow is my maternal family's home town and I simply couldn't imagine staying anywhere else now if I'm over! If you don't know the town, you should - and this is in the perfect location for, well, everything and is equipped with anything you could need. Don't hesitate - book this beautiful place.
