Splendid Villa in a tranquil location. Superbly appointed, spacious suites, with every detail thought through. The restaurant was wonderful, with attentive staff. My wife and I sat out on the terrace with the owner patrons, drinking Gavi Prosecco and eating their fresh raspberries. If you are looking for a romantic break or a bespoke wedding venue, here is! The owners have a passion for this family business and deserve all the success which is due them!

This is very good place for stay (not long distance from train station and city center), the owner is very helpful, speaking English. The room was very clean, inside the room and bathroom you can find many amenities that are missing even in more expensive hotels (space for towels, cosmetics and clothes when you are using the bathroom, the maps and informations about town you are, sleep mask and earplugs etc.). The owner took care of the very nice interior design.

Perfect location- 5 mins walk from the train station and in the cute little old town centre. Easy bus ride to Serravalle outlet shopping :-) 2 steps to cafes, bars, restaurants and many little fashion boutiques. Clean & quiet old time apartment like the one I lived once, in Veneto :-) Modern bathroom, fresh smell of towels & beddings. Had a good night sleep :-) A kettle, tea bags, coffee with biscuits and bottled water offered. Very nice thoughts! Finally host Luca was super lovely, I contacted him when I arrived, he appeared like magic in 5 seconds. Bravo :-)

We had a 3 bedroom apartment with large comfortable rooms each with a private bath. The decor is great and location was central and perfect for an overnight stay.

One word: Amazing! The staff, the room, the garden..the breakfast everything was amazing. Don't miss the breakfast, its probably one of the best in Italy!
