The location is good. Very central on the Lido. There is a supermarket nearby. If you need something, you can get it there. Mrs. Vanelli is very kind. She takes wonderful care of her guests.

The room was very well kept and the lady who checked us in was very nice. The room was decently spacious and had a mini fridge for left overs and an espresso machine that we enjoyed!

The location was good, it was only a few minutes away from the main station in Lido and about 30 minutes total (via ACTV public transportation) away from St Marks Square (depending on the route and time of day)

Marcia was an exceptional host, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for us during our week-long stay. We were deeply touched by her hospitality and felt at home throughout our visit. From the initial booking process to check-in and check-out, Marcia ensured we were well-informed and cared for, regularly checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. She went above and beyond to assist us, even taking the time to explain details like the garbage collection system and writing a note in Italian for the collectors on our behalf. Marcia's dedication to our comfort was evident when she personally greeted us at the stop late at night upon our arrival. Her accessibility and willingness to help extended beyond the accommodations, as she provided valuable recommendations for shopping and dining options. During a shopping trip at the coop, Marcia unexpectedly appeared and assisted us in finding specific items, demonstrating her resourcefulness and local knowledge. Her warm and attentive nature made us feel like part of her family. The location of the place was ideal, being impeccably clean and conveniently situated near key attractions such as St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. Additionally, essential amenities like the grocery store and park were just a short walk away, with easy access to the water bus stop. Our experience was so positive that we are already looking forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend booking a stay at Marcia's place for a memorable and enjoyable visit.
