    Dirty rug helpless staff The rugs in two room seemed “not dry”. After a shower one walk to the bed dirties our feet. The rug was filthy. The hotel was lovely 10 year ago, but investments to keep it nice were not made. Also, because we booked through Bookings, not the Hilton Honors App, they were helpless to accommodate us and we did not earn points! Our first room was changed, but it was an ordeal. Worst Hilton experience ever.
