This place and room are very good. Host Yamada is a very nice person and the staff is friendly. It's a quiet place. We stay there on Christmas vacation. Yamada treated us with cake and eclairs. If you come to Kandy, this place can be highly recommended.

The place is super nice and peaceful. The breakfast was great, rooms has a pleasant atmosphere. There is a got shower and super new, clean swimming pool! Noce viewe over the lagoon. The owner was so lovely and very supportive. Helped us when we needed to get to ATM and order a transport to the airport. Highly reccomend!

The place was amazing, situated within trees in a quiet place away from the noise of the streets of Kandy. Our room had an amazing view of the city, really spacious (we had the one at the top) well equipped and good WiFi (the router was inside our room)! Be was comfortable and the bathroom was one of the largest I’ve seen!

They provided great accommodation, help and advice with things to do and see and the facilities couldn’t have been better. It was a short stay for us but we would have liked to have stayed longer.

We were created by the owner and had plans to go sight seeing in the evening but soon abandoned that to make the most of the incredible calm atmosphere, pool and breathtaking views. We only had one night and I wish we could have stayed longer, I could have looked at that view forever.
