Bovi was caring & extremely friendly. She took care of all our needs & did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous & tasty. The cottage is located within 5mins drive from the Sigiriya Lion Rock site & close to many restaurants & other travel amenities (such as ATM & laundry).

This must have been the nicest guesthouse of my entire four week trip on Sri Lanka. Not only is the room beautiful and spacious, the owners Madhu and Sanjee make you feel like you're staying with friends. They are so welcoming and they go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. In addition, the food was delicious.

We recommend staying in this cute little Hotel. It s clean, with comfy beds, a rain shower, and a nice little balcony with a view of the garden. We spotted black-faced monkeys, a mongoose, and those big squirrels. The family is so welcoming, they offer to cook dinner (it was delicious every single time) and the included breakfast is delicious too (fruit, coffee tea toasts, and two Sri Lanka specialties that change every morning). They helped us plan our trip and are truly wonderful people. We extended our stay and loved it. Will come back :)

The owners are very sweet and incredibly attentive. They helped us order tuk tuks, spa treatment (can recommend Spa Serandib) and an amazing elephant safari in the Eco Park which was very reasonable compared to other big national parks. We saw around 40 elephants in total. Thank you to our driver!! The property is beautiful, very quiet and in the country side - a perfect oasis for a chilled few days. It's a 10 minute drive to Sigiriya 'town' - there's a local bus for 200 rupees pp, otherwise a tuk tuk for around 600/700. The food was delicious and we were given fresh mango juices (from the garden). Breakfast is huge and changed daily. We saw a monkey on property and heard rustlsings of a nearby elephant!! We stayed for 3 nights and were offered fresh towels and a room clean everyday. I cannot recommend this place enough - wish we had more time here! Thank you to our lovely hosts.

The rooms are big and spotless, the bathrooms are modern and tiled, there's a charming little patch of jungle to relax in, and the location is ideal for exploring the cultural triangle: an ten minute tuktuk ride North of Dambulla and a short ride from Sigiriya while remaining within reasonable distance of Pollanaruwa and the national parks. What really sets the place apart, though, is the hospitality of the host Nuwan, and his attention to detail. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are, as he says, 100% happy - from complimentary tuktuk pickup in Dambulla to flower strewn beds upon arrival, to high quality no pressure recommendations for everything, to providing scooter rental, to fresh home grown juice just when you need it, he is an absolutely first rate host. Don't hesitate - this is the spot!

We really had a wonderful stay in this property. The owner helped us with the Sigiriya Rock Climb activity as well as with the Kaudulla Elephant Safari activity. The breakfast they served were the ones we really preferred to have. They asked us first if we have any food we prefer for breakfast. This is extra service that we appreciate from them. The place is clean and well-kept. The location is quiet and we got a good view of both the Sigiriya Rock and the Pidurangala Rock. It's amazing! The owners are very helpful and hospitable. It was a bonus to have a strong wifi connection as well!
