Our house, Avino features all the creature comforts of home. Furnished with rest and relaxation in mind our three bedroom home, sleeps six. Only a 10 minute walk to the Main Street, and with easy access to wineries and attractions this is a wonderful base to explore the north east of Victoria. This beautiful home with cottage garden is furnished to ensure you relax from the moment you walk in the door. Based in a quiet cul de sac, the house itself offers a peaceful outlook from the front verandah looking over to the famous 'Rutherglen Wine Bottle' whilst you quaff your afternoon away. A private rear garden overlooks a small garden and is perfect for a BBQ and outdoor living. Cross-ventilating windows, and screen doors and bi-folds will allow the breezes to move through the house. There is a remote controlled split cycle air conditioner and heating unit in the main living area and a Smart TV to stream your favourites. Ceiling fans feature in each bedroom. Catering for up to six adults, the house has three bedrooms, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and second bedroom, and two single bed in the third bedroom.

Terri & Simon have been regular visitors to Rutherglen and the north east of Victoria for many years and love it so much they decided to purchase a home that would allow them to make a regular base in Rutherglen.
