The Studio sits on a 2acre bush property overlooking national park & nature reserve. Designated visitor parking and access across the grass via a few steps lead to the outdoor deck area and entry into the Studio. Studio inclusions: TV Wifi Microwave Small Fridge Coffee Pod Machine (Nespresso Coffee Pod selection and Milk provided) Kettle (Tea & Instant Coffee selection and Milk provided) Glassware, crockery, cutlery Ceiling fan Iron and ironing board Hair dryer Queen bed (linen and towels provided - just BYO Beach Towels) Open plan ensuite with toilet, shower and double vanity (earth friendly shampoo, conditioner and soap provided) Cosy Robes & Woodfire - May to November (split jarrah wood provided at 10kg per night). The Studio is double brick constructed and double glazed/louvre windows keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. The Studio captures and stores its own rainwater and all grey/waste water is recycled for use on our fruit trees. Private deck area overlooks lawn, national park and nature reserve-a nice spot to sit and see a kangaroo at dusk or hear the birds and Injidup waves. Bush tracks lead to Injidup Beach and Natural Spa and Cape to Cape Walk Track is easily accessible. Perfect location for guests attending weddings at the nearby wineries or travellers new to the area wanting a peaceful rural coastal base to explore. There are many wonderful eating options in the surrounding area, Swings & Roundabouts Winery is just down the road (great pizza), Caves House a short 5minute drive away or take a further drive and explore the many great places in the Dunsborough or Margaret River region. The Studio is attached at the ocean side of the main house, has its own entrance and is entirely self-contained and private.
