Property information

This convenient corner apartment is perfectly situated in sight of the main La Tzoumaz ski-lift and has full-length balconies to both the front and the rear. The views across the valley are incredible and there is also a view of the nearby telecabins. The main area of the apartment consists of an open kitchen/living/dining area. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the open kitchen you will find all you need for holiday catering: a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee-machine, plus fondue and raclette sets for a traditional Swiss evening here in the mountains. The central heating radiators in each room can be individually adjusted to your needs. There is a shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer available in the building. A shared ski storage room helps to keep your equipment dry and organised. Please note that the fireplace that can be seen in the phorographs is purely for decorative purposes and cannot be used. There is a single parking space reserved for the apartment in the shared car park underneath the building. Winter tyres and/or snow chains sometimes necessary in winter due to frequent snowfalls. From here a short walk through the parking brings you to the lift that leads up to the apartment on the 3rd floor. It is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, supermarket and children's playground. The opportunity to buy discounted ski lessons (15%) and rental (15%) and have them ready for your arrival (conditions apply) after booking a winter holiday with us (December to April) Free summer lift passes for the number of adults/children stated at time of booking (early July to late August)
