Property information

The big surprise is the amazing big terrace. You walk straight from your living room onto your private big terrace, where you can enjoy the nice temperatures of sunny Spain. The terrace is at the back of the building and has views on the underground river passing in to the old water factory, which currently is under construction. There are two bedrooms with each their own bathroom, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.

This apartment is located in a building that is just off the busy shopping street of Santa Clara, because it’s a pedestrian street, it’s really quiet. And you will be staying only a minute away from the old town, near the stone bridge (pont de pedra).. From the Girona Station, walking to the apartment its 15min, you could also take a taxi, they drop you off at the door.
