Your Our Home Concierge welcomes you to this riverside home, a haven of peace ideal for a relaxing getaway. This bright house with its large windows offers you a panoramic view of the river from the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen has a filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as a dining area leading outside where you can enjoy the terrace in fine weather and admire the view. Upstairs is a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV with Wi-Fi access, and an office area for teleworking. You can admire our famous Saint-Julien cathedral from the window. A sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a shower room with separate toilet. The entrance is via the garage, which is used for storage and therefore cannot accommodate a car. However, you can park directly in front of it.

Neighbourhood information

Located next to the Stade Beaulieu, you can reach Le Vieux Mans and the town centre in 10 minutes on foot by taking the footbridge across the river, which is located right next to the house. The area is quiet and residential, and parking is easy. Bus line 14 runs along the street next door to the town centre. Don't hesitate to download the Setram application for timetables. If you have a car, you can park in front of the garage. The garage can also accommodate a motorbike.
