We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming house with a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate to 7 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 686 m². Wifi, sheets and towels are extra, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A 27 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchairs and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine and dining table... - Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190) - A shower room with shower - Separate WC On the first floor : - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3 : three single beds - A bathroom with bath and WC Outside: - A beautiful south-west facing garden of 686 m², enclosed, with garden furniture available (table, chairs, deckchairs) - A 25 m² terrace, also facing south-west, to enjoy the sunny days Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site) - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - A 20 e supplement will be charged for any arrival after 7 pm.

You can enjoy an active holiday or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the coveted "tourist resort" classification. Quimper, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of walls, is 10 km away. The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port. Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters. At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private underground car park, which can accommodate one vehicle.
