This second-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen area with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture. Indoor facilities include, rehab treatment, a swimming pool, a gym and a bar/restaurant. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair and travel cot available on request. Apologies, no pets and no smoking allowed. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach. Flat 33 makes a much-need break for those looking to recover. Note: There is a workshop and rehab wing. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working.

The seaside village of Littlehampton has two beaches, a thriving marina, and a harbour. Over the Coastguard beach, the International Blue Flag and Quality Coast Flag are flown. This bustling seaside town on the south coast offers year-round access to all types of water sports, including deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, and windsurfing. While the west beach, located on the other side of the river Arun, is undeveloped and protected and offers isolated sand dunes and wonderful wildlife, the sandy east beach offers indoor and outdoor entertainment for visitors of all ages.
