This central flat with a 5 min walk to the beach and town centre and 9 min drive to the open air theatre. This ground floor flat has a private entrance to the side of the building. The flat consists of a large entrance, spacious lounge with a large bay window looking out onto the private garden. The well equipt kitchen has a separate dining room with table. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and one with 2 singles. a large bay window, with travel cot on request. There is on street parking which is Monitored by a disk allowing 3 hour blocks At peak times, however we are currently waiting for permits to arrive which will allow for unrestricted parking times. Please note that due to us not having a specific change over day, the Gardner may come during your stay to cut the grass and tidy the boarders. He does not require and access to the flat, he will simply enter the garden and begin his work. He may be there up to 2 hours and comes 1 day every other week. This is in a crescent of houses away from the main road, with a large public garden area located in the middle. There is a corner shop a 2-3 minute walk away and a pub just across the road.
