Caledonian Luxury Apartment is a privately owned three bedroom, two bathroom apartment which will sleep up to six guests, situated on the ground floor. The apartment comprises one double bedroom, one king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen, dining, living area. Caledonian apartment is four star quality assured by Visit Scotland.

Neighbourhood information

Caledonian apartment is within easy reach of all local tourist attractions, with shops, restaurants, theatre and pubs just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is only a two minute walk from Perth town centre where the bus and train stations are located. Facilities also include free parking for one car and free WiFi. Perthshire is perfect for an outdoor holiday, with fantastic scenery for walkers, birdwatchers and cyclists, and with excellent opportunities for shooting, fishing and golf.
