Hi there. Newly refurbished, detached family house - brand new fittings throughout. Unrivalled hospitality. House to yourself (95sq metres)-Safe and quiet neighbourhood Self-check in. 3 bedrooms/3 large beds/2 single beds/1 large sofa bed/2 WCs/2 large showers. Professional 4 hour cleanse/disinfect between bookings Free 360MB Business Wi-Fi. Parking off-road. Dedicated Netflix account. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, pots, pans, dishes). Private, huge garden+patio+BBQ. 2 SMART TVs (lounge+kitchen). We have an Environmental policy and strive for environmental sustainability where possible. Bedroom 1 has two 4ft wide beds and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has one 4 ft wide bed and a single, and Bedroom 3 has one single have their own sink/vanity unit too. All mattresses are pocket sprung, medium to firm mattresses, duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. Blackout blinds and curtains throughout. The large living room is a smashing area to relax and watch a Netflix movie on the SMART TV. The garden is enclosed and secured by a solid locking gate and wooden fencing.

General feedback about the location is as follows: Sports and fitness gym 200m away. Very, very quiet street in private housing estate. Parking (free) right outside the garage at the bottom of the garden and all along street outside. All protected by sensor security lights. Town centre 15 minutes walk / 5 minute drive. Huge Asda and shopping complex 10 minutes by car. Bus route to town centre outside 50m away. Big supermarket 1100m away (Aldi) - open to 10pm. Premier Foods (7am-10pm) in the middle of a shopping block with a chip shop, hairdressers, bookmakers, Indian restauran/takeaway, Chinese/Oriental Fusion takeaway, bakery selling sandwiches and pies and soup. Woodland 5 minutes walk also provides an alternative route to the town centre and boating lake with cafe. Easy access to all through routes and town "ring road". A14 access links the East and West allowing North and South travel. Corby train station has a fast train to London St Pancras - 1hr 15min throuought the day and evening.
