Seaside 1 and Seaside 2 are on the mesmerising peninsula of Kassandra, Halkidiki, just 100km from Thessaloniki. Feel free to relax under the garden’s kiosk and indulge yourself into gazing how the crystal waters of the uniquely vast blue Aegean Sea have been carving the shore’s rocks, which are home to beautiful bird species of the area, for centuries. In front of the house there is the beach "Sidiroporto", a quiet with shingles beach with sand inside. The house consist of one bedroom with a double bed, and a place with a kitchen and two single beds. The view is magnicifent because the house is placed just in front of the sea and is very quiet too. It has air condition and free wifi.

At a distance of 300m there are 4 beach bars with sand, mini market, tavernas with fresh fish, pizza, bars and a very beautiful seaside footpath. There are also, about 500m away, the thermal springs (SPA) of Agia Paraskevi with sulphide waters. At about 4km there is the village Nea Skiioni, with doctor, medicine shop, mini markets, bars, beach bars, playground, beautiful coast for walking.
