Seaside 1 is set in Agia Paraskevi. It is situated just in front of the sea hearing the waves and the sea birds. The holiday home includes 1 bedroom and a place with a kitchen(fullly equiped-oven, coffee machine, etc.) and 2 single beds. The air-conditioned holiday home also provides a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower. You have a view to the sea from all the windows of the house and from its balcony. The balcony has also a garden view. Thessaloniki Airport is 84 km away. Sani Beach is 30km from the holiday home.

Seaside 1 and Seaside 2 are on the mesmerising peninsula of Kassandra, Halkidiki, just 100km from Thessaloniki. If you are the type of person who does not wish to hear anything but the lapping of the waves then rest assured that this is the place to be. Once you have settled down in one of our exceptionally cosy and luminous rooms, you will be thrilled to discover that you can literally touch a turquoise bay surrounded by abundant pine trees by simply opening your door. Feel free to relax under the garden’s kiosk and indulge yourself into gazing how the crystal waters of the uniquely vast blue Aegean Sea have been carving the shore’s rocks, which are home to beautiful bird species of the area, for centuries. Enjoy the warm hospitality of the owners who will be more than happy to inform you about local picturesque trails and tastes. In front of the house there is the beach "Sidiroporto", a quiet with shingles beach with sand inside. The house consist of one bedroom with a double bed, and a place with a kitchen and two single beds. The view is magnicifent because the house is placed just in front of the sea and is very quiet too. It has air condition and free wifi.
At a distance of 300m there are 4 beach bars with sand, mini market, tavernas with fresh fish, pizza, bars and a very beautiful seaside footpath. There are also, about 500m away, the thermal springs (SPA) of Agia Paraskevi with sulphide waters. At about 4km there is the village Nea Skiioni, with doctor, medicine shop, mini markets, bars, beach bars, playground, beautiful coast for walking.
