THE ROOM consists of a comfortable king-size double bed, memory foam pillows and mattress, quilt or duvet, cotton sheets, high-quality towels, a comfortable wardrobe for storing clothes and suitcases and a 40" Full HD TV. It is independent and enjoys excellent privacy. THE SECOND BEDROOM is fitted with a bunk bed that sleeps 2, pillows and memory foam mattress, quilt or duvet, cotton linens and high-quality towels. It also has a small workstation with chair and desk. This is also independent and enjoys excellent privacy. THE LIVING ROOM, which represents the heart of the house, is a real pearl. It has an extendable dining table with four chairs, where you can spend a convivial moment sharing a lunch or dinner. THE KITCHEN is equipped with a five-burner gas hob, a set of pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave oven. Under the sink you will find all the cleaning products for the house if you need them. THE BATHROOM is complete with all amenities: toilet, bidet, comfortable walk-in shower, sink with mirror, hairdryer and soap dispenser. The gem of the house is the presence of a large private courtyard where you can relax.

GUEST ACCESS The apartment is located in Via Gabriele d'Annunzio 7M - Santa Maria degli Angeli, in the "I Portali" shopping complex. Upon their arrival, guests will access the accommodation via smartphone, through self check-in with a virtual key. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, equipped with a comfortable lift. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with all the useful information to access the house via email and chat. You can take advantage of the ample free parking on site. For those arriving by train, the apartment is located just 50 meters from the train station. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 23°C for all types of buildings. Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 21°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation. Assisi Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from 22 October to 7 April.
