Antica Casa Lelays is an historic residence located in the District Ottocentesco of the White City. Via Roma is behind the Holy Spirit Church, erected in 1637. After a few meters from the front door you find yourself in front of the spire of St. Horace, a baroque column of twenty meters erected in 1771 with the effigy of the saint on ' peak. The column is a votive strongly backed by ostunensi faithful thank the saint who protected the city from the plague of famine in the eighteenth century. The spire is the hub that leads to another section of the historical center, with its bars, its churches and its buildings united by harmonic timeless beauty of Ostuni We start from the beaches at 7 km of the house there are 14 km of beaches within ten minutes by car. Ceglie (6 km from Ostuni) and Cisternino, Polignano a Mare (the birthplace of Domenico Modugno): clean, sophisticated and elegant, small towns with streets made of chianche, limestone slabs.
