Apartment with balcony located on the third floor of a small building (with lift) very quiet located in the heart of Collina Fleming, perfect for singles as well as for couples or families of up to 4 people even travelers max in 4. Collina Fleming is an area of ​​northern Rome adjacent to Parioli, Ponte Milvio and Vigna Clara. Easily accessible from the A1 motorway with easy connection to Piazza Mancini, Metro A Ottaviano and Piazza Risorgimento with bus 32 which stops a few meters from the entrance to the building. Recently restored apartment with parquet. It is an open space apartment with a bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a dining table for 4 people (with also a sofa that can become a double bed or two single beds), a kitchen with fridge and freezer is available. Gas hob and cooking utensils such as pans, pots, ladles etc. Espresso machine for good coffee available with pods. In the surroundings there are many bars and pastry shops with also a pharmacy and hardware store. Supermarkets or fruit and vegetable market within walking distance. Well connected to the city center and metro.

is an apartment located on the Fleming hill, easily accessible from the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo, located a stone's throw from one of the areas of the Roman nightlife Ponte Milvio. For those who are fan of sports such as football, swimming and tennis, the Olympic stadium with the swimming pools of the CONI and the new Central Tennis Court at the Foro Italico in Rome are easily reachable on foot in 15 minutes, or by taking bus 32 which stops in front of all the structures (including the Ottaviano stop from where you can take the metro A which in a few stops connects Termini station) and arrives as its terminus in Piazza Risorgimento, from where in a few minutes you arrive in front of the Vatican in St. Peter's Square and via Aurelia at the entrance to the Vatican museums. Alternatively, from Piazza Risorgimento begins one of the Roman shopping streets Via Cola di Rienzo, very pleasant for strolling, that connects directly to Piazza del Popolo in the company of countless windows of Italian fashion and beyond. For those who love music, I suggest you visit the Auditorium Parco della Musica where you can enjoy pleasant moments as well as visiting the Maxi contemporary art museum.
