Villa Gelsomino is located about 150 meters from the sea, in one of the most sought after areas of the city of Avola, in a quiet and relaxing setting. From the villa you can easily reach restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the city center. The newly built house (2015) is composed of entrance / living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and sleeping area. In front of the house there is a comfortable patio complete with garden furniture and barbecue, to enjoy the fantastic Sicilian climate.
A few meters from the house we find some of the most beautiful beaches of the coast of Avola and from this year became part of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Italy. But the city of Avola is not only a seaside resort, it is also ideal for those who love trekking and nature. In fact, around 5 km from the city center, the territory becomes hilly, offering wonderful scenery, one of which is the natural reserve of Cavagrande (one of the largest canyons in Europe). 8 km from Avola, we find Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage site for its Baroque style. About 25 km from Avola is the city of Siracusa, cradle of ancient Greek culture, still witnessed by the majestic Greek theater. To the south of the territory of Avolese, we find a small seaside village called Marzamemi, which mainly in the summer becomes a destination sought by young people for aperitifs and social events.
