The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful and sent a taxi when I requested (I arrived later than expected and could not find one). They also advised me what to see and do when the tour I had booked was cancelled. There were many choices for breakfast and the staff there were also friendly, efficient and helpful. As a dog lover the gorgeous dog, who was sometimes in reception, was a bonus.
