My check in was amazing experience. The shuttle was perfect couldn't as for anyone better to help me through the journey. I was extremely pleased with the room and how clean it was. The food and wine was up to standard I had absolutely no complaints. I stayed there twice and will definitely be rebooking when I travel through again.

There was no breakfast. Staff were not friendly and when I checked in I waited for ten minutes for someone to come to the desk and it was early evening and when she did come no apology. I had reservations for a king with a sleeper sofa and agreed to a room with two doubles to get the lower floor however no sitting area or sleeper sofa and no reduced rate.
