Room was big, the beds comfortable and everything was clean. If you go by car the parking is included. The property is surrounded by nature and in a short walk we had a couple of restaurants. The brunch in The Delph was very good. The water dispenser in the corridor was very convenient for us. The playground outside was fun for the kids. The staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed dinner one night there and was very good.

The evening meal again was good with plenty of choice.. There was plenty of car parking space and easy to access. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Some of the best hotel staff I have come into contact with. I would not hesitate to stay at the Novotel again.

Location was good for the event we were attending, the hotel itself is a little "tired" but was certainly clean and the staff super friendly. The one bonus is that they have electric charging point onsite which was a life saver as didn't need to go hunting and they are only really used by the hotel so easily accessible. I think my room had been refurbished but somehow still managed to be soulless and depressing. To round it off the bed was not remotely comfortable and the oscillating drone of air traffic meant I got very little sleep. Breakfast good, staff lovely. It is in a perfect location for us to visit family. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms/beds are comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast is good too.

We had a family wedding close by so staying at the Novotel was convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. The beds are comfortable. I would say it isn't budget especially when you add cost of breakfast on top. The hotel could do with a refresh decorative wise.
