The spacious rooms at Novotel Manchester Centre each have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. All rooms have a work desk, seating area and tea/coffee facilities.

This modern hotel is just off the M60 motorway, 10 miles from Manchester city centre. It has free secure parking and good family facilities.
The Novotel Manchester West is in the historic village of Worsley.
The Novotel Manchester has a bar, room service, a terrace and a garden with a children's play area.
Room was big, the beds comfortable and everything was clean. If you go by car the parking is included. The property is surrounded by nature and in a short walk we had a couple of restaurants. The brunch in The Delph was very good.
The water dispenser in the corridor was very convenient for us.
The playground outside was fun for the kids.
The staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed dinner one night there and was very good.

the breakfast was outstanding (shared with Novotel). The room was fine - clean, not overly small. The hotel was well located, and the bathroom was great, too. it was an excellent choice.

The receptionist when I checked in was exceptional. I had (stupidly) booked into the wrong Leonardo Hotel in Piccadilly. When I arrived at Manchester Central (to book in) and then realised my mistake, she took control of the situation and ensured that the booking could be moved accordingly.

The location was perfect for the AO arena, staff friendly. Normally, i would not complain but i feel i had to and staff have dealt with the complaint accordingly.

Bit of a pain having to go out the back to Novotel - it was cold and slippy. But breakfast was very good. Bed really comfy - Twinings tea - very nice.

The pub itself is very welcoming. We had arranged to drop our bags of early. Everything went according to plan. The access fob for entry to your rooms added extra security.
