Just 50 metres from the shore of Lake Irrsee, Hotel Dorferwirt features a private beach with free deck chairs and sunshades. Most rooms and apartments offer lake views, and all of them have a balcony.... The Staff (Family run Hotel) went out of their way to welcome us, so polite, they are very proud of what they provide and that shows, the place is outstanding. Added to that, they assisted our Son (living in Wales) to provide a birthday card and flowers, i dont know of many hotel who would go out of their way to help. Having spent 3 weeks on the road this was by far the very best experience. Please pass out kind regards on to the hotel owners.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, that feels like home from home then this is the place for you. Spotless clean. Amazing staff. Kind and warm. This hotel is an absolut gem!! It is located right on the lake front and it has a very cute private beach. Hotel is very modern and everything was pristine clean there. The staff was also absolutely lovely, breakfast was soo good! And the spa! 5 star panoramatic spa!!!

Schlosshotel Mondsee is located in the center of Mondsee, next to the Basilica of Saint Michael, and only a 5-minute walk from the shore of Lake Mondsee. Breakfast was delicious. The free tour was beyond insightful, and really provided a rich history of the castle and the surrounding area. Truly an incredible place.
